  • Morgan Clinical provides individual therapy for those seeking support with stress, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. Therapy is a collaborative process focused on increasing awareness, building emotional flexibility, and developing practical tools to navigate challenges with greater clarity and steadiness.

    My approach integrates parts-based therapy, somatic awareness, and acceptance-focused strategies. Together, we work to better understand your internal experiences, strengthen your capacity to stay present with difficult emotions, and move toward choices that align with your values and goals.

  • Sessions are conducted via secure telehealth. Flexible scheduling is offered, with most availability currently on Fridays and weekends.
